5. Text Messages (SMS)

   If you text +1 (347) 919-9598 or otherwise provide your mobile number for customer-care updates, we collect that number to send SMS about your shipment, quote, pickup, invoice or similar service messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

   Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also email info@dumashipping.com. We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Storage & Security

   Data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, restricted access, regular backups). No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure; you acknowledge this risk.

7. Retention

   We keep shipment records and associated personal data for 7 years to meet accounting and regulatory requirements, then securely delete or anonymize them.

8. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

   Depending on your jurisdiction, you may:
